MouseMeets 2009
This year comes a new fan based event at Disneyland Paris, Mousemeets! Based on the popular MouseFest fan event in Orlando, Mousemeets is aiming to unite Disney fans in one geographical location, for the first time in Europe!
The weekend will feature a variety of activities and guests will be able to pick and choose events held within the Disneyland Parks and get to meet other Disney fans, podcasters and authors during the weekend.
All you need is the normal park admission (and hotel if you are staying over the weekend) as the Mousemeet events are at no additional cost (the guests will be responsible for any costs which include meals, merchandise etc)

Location
The event will take place at the Disneyland Paris Resort located close to Paris in the Marne La Vallee region. DLP is very easy to get to whatever your transport method. The ‘Eurostar’ service takes you right into the hub of the Magic in no time at all! Otherwise you can drive to the magic and the roads are easy to navigate without any problems.
Park Admission and Hotels
If you are travelling to the Resort for the first time you might not be aware of the options you have when you first arrive!
Mousemeets is over two days during the Christmas season and it is up to you how long you want to stay at the resort for! The tickets to the park are easy to purchase and there is a wide choice available.
The ‘Discovery’ ticket gives you access to both parks for 1 day for around £41 whilst the 1day/1park ticket gives you access to just one park at about £40 (the Discovery ticket is part of the ‘Mickeys Magical Party’ special offer).
If you are staying for the weekend and you only need two days of access into the parks then the 2day/2park ticket may be what you need! Prices for an adult is about £89.

Disneyland Paris has a wide range of Hotels and the Newport Bay Club will be the (official) hotel for the event, Disney are offering a special discount for those who are attending Mousemeet 2009 and stay at the Newport Bay Club. More details will follow! The Newport Bay Club is located about 10minutes away by the free shuttle service offered by Disney and you can easily walk the parks and the Disney Village.
