There have been a couple of minor changes to the Disneyland Resort in the last few weeks so we thought that a post about them was in order!
The first thing on the agenda is a huge unexpected surprise!
Crush’s Coaster usually has long waiting times (usually 50/60minutes, but it has been known to be a longer wait) and queuing can be incredibly frustrating especially with younger guests (which the attraction attracts). People often raise the question why doesn’t Crush’s Coaster use the fastpass system?
Crush’s Coaster is said to be definitely not compatible with the fastpass system especially after trials were carried out. Last year at the end of October a temporary fastpass distribution point was set up (a table manned by cast members, when you showed them your park ticket they gave you a time slot) however the outcome of the two week trial showed that the fastpass system would not work
but now…
Crush’s Coaster has fastpass! The Crush’s Coaster fastpass replaces the Flying Carpets over Agrabah fastpass system
soon you will be able to pick up a fastpass ticket and it should help ease the waiting times, well if you are lucky enough to get a time slot before they get snapped up
The next change that has occurred recently is the Toon Studio band!
Some of you might be aware of a band in the Disneyland Park and the Cinemagique band (that sometimes plays before the show starts) and well you can add another band to that list! the Toon Studio band. The Toon Studio band can be heard playing on selected days outside Cars Quatre Roues Rallye on selected days (summer season).
as you can see the band is perfectly themed to be located near to the Cars Quatre Roues Rallye attraction (they are perfectly suited outside the Tow Mater ‘garage’!
